Ah, McDonalds. One of the largest fast food places around the country. From chicken sandwhiches, to chicken salads. From sodas, to milkshakes.

Aye, aye, aye! Taco Bell! The number one place to find mexican food! They have everything from burritos and tacos to mexican pizzas.

Arctic Circle is a family friendly restaurant serving fresh seafood, burgers, chicken and don't forget the thick, creamy milkshakes!

Enjoy a peak experience at The Gannett Grill, named after the highest peak in Wyoming. Since it's opening in 1997, it has been the locals' choice for good food in a fun, friendly atmosphere. Make your choice from the extensive menu of pizzas, burgers, sandwiches and salads. Place your order at the counter and find a seat inside or on the huge outdoor patio. There's even a grassy area where the kids can play while they wait for their kid-favorite food.

The Grand Movie Theater features comfortable seats with ample legroom. It's rather large for a movie theater. The newly remodeled balconys offers spacious sitting for those who want the royal treatment. You can sit back and enjoy being waited on when you choose the balcony seats

This is just an everyday bar. It has all different kinds of liquors, whiskies, and beers. All different kinds. It has an old jukebox that plays old country songs. It's just an old shabby bar to come and drink away your problems, or just have a drink after a long day at work.

This is the only club in this small town. But, it's actually pretty up to date and bumpin'. So, if your up for a night in the club, come on down.

Uhm, hello? Police station? Everyone knows what that is. Need help? Or something else? Well, then come here. The police-members are normally pretty friendly and helpful.

From injuries including broken bones to pregnancies and illnesses, this is the place to come - of course. Where else would you go besides for a hospital?

Elementary, Middle, and High. Welcome to your worst nightmare. The Lander School District is the best you will find anywhere around. They have fun teachers, but strict rules and punishments. The three schools are each only a block away from each other.

Come on down and have some fun, it's the rodeo! You can sign up and compete or be one of the on-lookers. From barrel racing to everyone's favorite, bull riding, you can be sure to find it here!

The Lander Park is pretty beautiful. They water it like every morning, and every evening to keep the grass all bright and green. You can walk your dog or bring your children to play on the playground built here. At night, the park is still open, so you could always go for a moonlight stroll.

These buildings are old and falling apart. But, things are still kept here, moved in and out, and there are still security gaurds that walk around and make sure kids aren't messing around here. Which there normally always is because kids love climbing the fence and breaking into the warehouses to find out what is in those huge old crates inside. But, they are normally always caught before they get the chance to pry any of the crates open. But, maybe that's a good thing.. Maybe they don't want to know what is inside them..

The mountains are tall and practically make a circle around the town of Lander. They often have snow on the tops, no matter how hot it gets down in the town.

If your going out of Lander - maybe to cities or towns in Wyoming - The Red Desert, Sinks Canyon, Wind River Mountains or South Pass City? Then come here to do it. Also if your going out of state, or maybe even the entire country. Then heres your place!

The ranches are on the outskirts of town, and out in the landscapes, all that.

The houses are in, and around town. Some are for rent, some for sale, all that.

Alright. The apartments are in the middle of town. For rent, of course. You can either live here by yourself, or with a roommate. Some allow pets, others don't. Some allow smoking, others don't. Etc, etc.

Everyone has a cellphone, well, most people. If you don't, there is something seriously wrong with you. This is the twenty-first century - get in the game. Anyway, cellphones are the easiest way to talk to your family and friends. By texting or calling.

Everyone has a journal. Except some girls call their's diaries and they aren't plain like boy's, but they're all the same. You write down your thoughts or whats been happening, either way.
